I spent this morning with my councillor hat on in the Thriving Communities scrutiny board of Leeds City Council. One of the agenda items was to agree to scrutinise affordable housing policy in Leeds. Coincidentally the same topic cropped up in this post on the Centre for Public Scrutiny blog.
