Now just think of the possibilities if Wayne Munnelly was to start a blog about his experiences as he travels around the UK visiting Travelodge’s 25,000 beds in 17,000 rooms. And just think about the conversations that he could develop with customers who comment and share their experiences. Or how about including a podcast where Wayne chats to customers and staff at each Travelodge he visits?
