The morning kicks off with some case studies and a panel discussion on implementing global PR campaigns. This is followed by workshops including more case studies, analyst relations and planning a global communications campaign.
In the afternoon the first panel discusses public relations at board level, followed by one asking can communications solve the clash of cultures?
The final panel of the day is led by Robert Leaf who has had a long and distinguished career with Burson Marsteller. He started his career in 1957 as Harold Burson’s first trainee when Burson Marsteller had just five employees. He went on to become international chief executive responsible for BM’s global expansion into Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America and the Middle East including the setting up of one of the first PR firms in China.
I’m planning to grab some more video interviews during the day and Robert Leaf has already agreed to share his insights into how PR has changed over the last 50 years.
