Press ignore warnings not to publish Ispwich murder suspect photos

Press Gazette has an interesting story about the national press ignoring warnings not to publish pictures of the Ispwich murder suspects. This is despite two letters sent to all editors on Monday and Tuesday from Suffolk Police Chief Constable Alastair McWhirter which pointed out that ‘legal proceedings are active” from the point of view of contempt of court.

Worth reading the whole article in relation to Philip Young’s take (first of a series of posts) on the Jackie Danicki attack story.
