The law of the blog – US
Aviva Directory has published a list of 12 important US laws every blogger should know. Issues covered include: deep-linking (with far more sensible advice than the Chartered Institute of Public Relations code gives you); use of images; stolen content; data protection; and monitoring, moderating and censoring comments.
It only applies to the US, but given the lack of UK and European case law it does provide some food for thought.
