		<description>It&#039;s not the manifesto and how it&#039;s presented it&#039;s the substance and the actual actions at the end of the day. The big IF in all of this propoganda is it doesn&#039;t state how they are going to pay for all of these pledges.  It really is a cartoon!  All political parties should be forced to talk straight on what they pledge and have a very clearly outlined business plan on how and when all their pledges will be funded and achieved.  Perhaps they may even make a profit!</description>
