Social media for financial services

Yesterday I was one of the speakers at ‘Branding from the inside out: Empowering staff as social advocates’ at the Financial Services Forum. The seminar looked at if and how financial services companies could allow and even encourage their employees to use social media.

Other speakers included: Professor Mike Beverland, a branding and marketing expert from the University of Bath; marketing consultants Donald Lancaster and Niall Blatcher of Marketing CoEfficient and Matthew Willis and myself from Fourtold.
