David Cameron forgets Twitter needs to be authentic – again!

One of the topics we cover in my online PR master classes is how powerful images can be – if they are authentic, fun, creative or interesting. David Cameron provided a great example of how not to do authenticity with his much derided photo of him watching the boxing during the London Olympics.

He’s now helpfully provided another with this much ridiculed and parodied photo of him seemingly on the phone with Barack Obama. My favourites are Patrick Stewart and Jamie Reed.

And for those who missed it this is the Olympic photo, which doesn’t look staged at all does it?
