Now just think of the possibilities if Wayne Munnelly was to start a blog… Google currently has my complaint about GNER’s new rip-off fares as its fourth item. Another good example of the potential influence of blogs. It’s already inspired five comments (four here and one on the YorkshireBizTalk blog where it is cross-posted). |
